Warranty & Returns
Warranty coverage varies by product and generally covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures during normal intended use.

Consumers may request a return for a standard, non-personalised product within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping, packaging and insurance for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. Different conditions apply to bespoke, personalised and business orders.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products may qualify for repair, replacement, collection or refund.
